Questions for miami-based chefs/cooks (esp PINOYS) about working for THE SETAI in miami, FL?

i would like to ask how much is the average salary of a kitchen person working for a hotel in miami, FL? i will be interviewed for a kitchen job in THE SETAI and i would like to know if the salary will be worth it. i will be placed by a recruitment agency (a reputable one, i checked with the gov't lsiting) and if i do get accepted will have to shell out around PhP200 K for placement fee ( & I also asked around and usually filipinos getting recruited for jobs in the US will usually shell out money for placement). I think i'll be issued an H2-B working visa. Any inputs and advice will be very much appreciated.
