top high end clubs right now are: Liv and Arkadia @ Fountainbleau hotel, Mynt, The Wall @ the W hotel, Mokai, sometimes Mansion and Set, and the Gansevoort. All the others are you mentioned are not anything special anymore. Go with more girls, preferably good looking girls ratio 1:3 and you will get in faster. Also, things always are a little easier if you buy a table which is very expensive so maybe you can ask your hotel to help you with reservations for that. Also, if you speak french, that's always a plus to talk your way into the door. Have fun!
