What are some fun things to do in West Palm Beach Florida?

  • So, i'm going to Florida, for billionth time in my life. My family lives down there and i want to find something fun to do, they live around the Stuart area (outside of West Palm Beach). What are some cool, fun, unique places to go? What are some things I should try? I need a change.

    Bathtub Reef is an AWESOME beach!! Also, if you're into fishing Stuart has great fishing.. check out Lady Stuart Deep Sea Fishing. There's also the Lucky Stars Amusement Center.. it's been a while since I've been there but check it out. Also, if you go a lil down south you'll find Boca Raton & a little further is Fort Lauderdale. Boca Raton- Great restaurants, CITY PLACE is awesome! so is Mizner Park... they often have small free concerts there!! And also good shopping. Fort Lauderdale- Awesome night clubs, restaurants, shopping. P.S- if you gave a list of some things you like (type of food, music, ect) I could give you a better list of things to do. FOR MEXICAN: Uncle Julio in Boca Raton.. it really is amazing haha and also On The Border in West Palm Beach.. fantastic food and their fajita grill is to die for as well as their amazing queso :]

Clematis Street has great nightlife. City Place is also fun. You can take a train or drive to Miami for a night if you are into that scene. During the day, depending on your interests, there are great beaches in Palm Beach, Juno Beach, and Delray Beach. Delray has a nice little downtown. Palm Beach has great shopping, as does Palm Beach Gardens (Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, and PGA Commons). Golf and boating are big in West Palm Beach. You can take a day cruise out to the Bahamas (only an hour or so away by boat). In the summer, most people hang out at the beaches and relax. It rains almost every day in the mid to late afternoon during the summer, so plan on outdoor stuff in the mornings and indoor stuff in the afternoons. Enjoy.
