Can you get tan with sunscreen in west palm beach florida?

    As long as you use a lower SPF rated sunscreen you can get tan. However, everyone's skin type is different and everyone reacts differently to the sun. I wouldn't recommend using any kind of oil as you're more likely to burn and/or cause skin damage.

Yes. You can even get tan when its cloudy. Doesn't matter where you're going, you need to wear sunscreen always, everyday. Especially in any tropical place near the equator where the sun's rays are intense. I've lived in FL for 11 years and I know from experience to never stay in the sun long without sunscreen. Depending on your skin tone, 25-30 SPF works well for most people.

It depends on your skin type. There are people that live in Florida and are still pale. You shouldn't need any oil, sunscreen should work.
