Recommended Hot Air Balloon Rides in South Florida?

I would like to plan a hot ait balloon ride in South Florida, but I'm having trouble finding legitimate businesses online. Please, if anyone has been hot air ballooning in the area, could you please recommend a specific business? If you haven't actually been on one, I would NOT like any links to questionable businesses. I don't think it's practical or even possible to launch a hot air balloon in South Florida. They travel with the wind and can not be steered. The usual wind direction in South Florida is either East or West. That means if you launch a balloon from dry land, you'll likely end up in the Gulf of Mexico, the swamp, or Atlantic Ocean.
