Where is the best 4th of July fireworks display on Oahu?

Where and who has the best fireworks display in Southern California?

• I have friends and family in town and wanted to show them some awesome fireworks display. Does anyone have any suggestions? we live in Los Angele but willing to travel to see the awesomeness! Happy 4th!

  I don't know about "best" and it depends on what they have at home, but the Angels game is known for excellent fireworks on the 4th, the Rose Bowl has a big show, Huntington Beach has a hometown parade, fireworks over the water and a slew of other activities, Long Beach has 2 shows, one at the Queen Mary and one at Veteran's Stadium, and of course the Hollywood Bowl has a fantastic show and fireworks all weekend. Google any of these for details. Each has its issues, either cost or crowds, or the need to arrive very early, or a lot of walking. If you have all adults I'd try to get reservations at the Reef in Long Beach, have dinner and watch the fireworks against the city in the background. The restaurant can clue you as to how much time to allow, etc. Hope it turns out to be great for you! (We will be watching Disneyland fireworks from a nearby rooftop!)
