What beaches in California have white sand?

Traveling to california, as far as non rockie white sand beaches go.....?

I like the OC beaches, particularly Huntington and Bolsa Chica. Those two have fire pits as well for bonfires. Newport Beach is also very good. Seal Beach is quite decent as well.

Beaches in California are pretty rugged and they are also very cold. The air is really cold at the beach. The beaches in LA are pretty clean as far as the sand goes. You could try Santa Monica Beach or Hermosa Beach http://www.lotsafunmaps.com/Los_Angeles/Hermosa_Beach_and_Pier.html Oxnard has very white sandy beaches, but again the air is so cold it's hard to really enjoy it http://www.lotsafunmaps.com/Ventura/Hollywood_Beach_Oxnard.html

we don't have too many of those here. you want non rocky go to florida. there are few though in southern california. rodendo, vennice, oceanside, santa monica and imperial beach.
