What will Los Angeles and its metro area look like in 20 years>?

What are some good areas to live in outside Los Angeles?

  • I JUST bought a house in Dallas, but I want to move again! The house in Dallas in paid for by the way, and I have the money to buy a new house so im not stupid lol :). But I now want to move to the Los Angeles area! I want to live like in the luxurious family friendly suburbs. I want to live in a gated community, in a home no more than 4 years old, and with a price range from 2 million to 6 million. I just took a pregnancy test, and im pregnant so I want my baby to experience a little more, and i think California has what Im looking for. So what are some good areas outside of Los Angeles but close to Los Angeles to look in?

  • Answer:

LA might be different than youre imagining. Its not what you see on TV. There really is no outside of LA. The CA coastline is one big continuous city. You might like the Ranchos Palos Verde area or Newport Beach area. Santa Barbara area, while not that close to LA would be more preferable. As far as your baby, the experience may not be the kind youre looking for. You should visit there before buying a house. LA not seen on TV. http://img535.imageshack.us/img535/1530/smogm.png

There's a lovely neighborhood in Anaheim called "Fantasyland". Really nice, great neighbors. When you speak to a realtor, tell them that Walt sent you. Just out of curiosity, why aren't you asking a realtor these questions?
