  Usually at art studios, artists do not share their materials. Sometimes maybe share tools, or help each other stretch canvas, etc. Here is some info on a few artist's spaces for rent. It's easier to find photo/video studios to rent now. I don't know of a large space with a lot of artists coming in and out, who pay a monthly rental fee to access the facilities, like they have for writers.
