Where is a good place to find travel backpacks? I live in Los Angeles.

REI or any store specializing in outdoor stuff. If you're lucky sometimes you can find them at Marshall's, Ross, Burlington Coat Factory or TJ Maxx. I'd try Marshall's first if you're on a budget and REI if you have money to burn. I've got a Burton backpack I ordered online and it's loaded. It's got pockets for my laptop, MP3 player (with a hole to run the headphone wire through), cell phone, padded harness, skateboard holder, etc and 20 other zipper pockets to put stuff. It opens up wide so TSA agents can easily poke around in the pack if they want to be nosy.
