  • in your personal experiences, how early would i need to go to balboa beach to get a bonfire pit on the fourth of july? i know at laguna its like 6 in the morning but how about balboa?

5:59. Seriously, it's insane around there. And if you stay for the fireworks, it will take 2-3 hours to clear out the beaches and parking lots.

I would guess it would be very early, too, for Balboa. We used to go see the fireworks at Laguna Beach. It was wonderful; we'd get there about 6pm. Parking is hard, though. Another great place is Newport Dunes off Jamboree in Newport Beach. I haven't been there for awhile, though. They have a web site you can look at. Good luck. Happy 4th.
