What are some safe, clean neighborhoods in LA?

  • Just about everywhere I go, it's full of crime & gangs & full of litter & trashed up. I can't freely walk anywhere.

Westside: West Hollywood Beverly Hills Bel Air Hombly Hills Brentwood Beach cities: Santa Monica Venice Marina del Rey Malibu Any of the cities in the San Fernando Valley: Van Nuys Encino Thousand Oaks Sherman Oaks Stay with these areas and avoid the downtown, south, central and south-central areas. BTW It is against the law to walk on residential streets in Beverly Hills.

I've been to Los Angeles twice and have never found anywhere I would consider "clean". The pollution is disgusting, there's garbage everywhere and there are crack addicts shooting up everywhere you look. I would suggest you move out of Los Angeles and come here to Toronto if you want a clean city to live in.

With the exception of San Pedro, Long Beach and Venice just about any beach city is free of gangs, litter and are safe enough to walk around even at night, so I don’t know where you hang out. Hell half the time I go to bed and forget to lock the front door.

I live in Beverly Hills. It's pretty nice here. I'm not rich though, I live in a 2 bedroom condo. Santa Monica is alright, Westwood area, West LA in general I guess. Brentwood.

downtown LA is more like tht but by the coast, like santa monica, and places like tht its more calm and clean
