Does anyone know what Metro Station are doing in London on 1st July?

Does anyone know any nice coffee shops near the Hollywood/Highland metro station to wait in?

  • in the late afternoon? I think I am going to have to wait for a friend for a bit and I don't know LA very well.

  • Answer:

There's a Starbucks right there in the Hollywood & Highland center (right above the Metro station). I know, shocker, right? One must keep in mind that this is Hollywood, where weirdness reigns. The H&H complex is generally kept free of the worst of the mentally ill, but just keep a weather eye for pirates and ne'er-do-wells. In fact, I saw Jack Sparrow on Saturday when I drove by.

There's a Starbucks in the Hollywood and Highland Complex. That's where I usually go for a latte when in that area.

There's a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf right across the street from Grauman's Chinese Theatre, at the corner of Hollywood Blvd and Orange Drive (6922 Hollywood Blvd.) Grauman's, in case you don't know, is now more or less part of the Hollywood & Highland center. (If you're a Disney fan, you might want to try the Disney Soda Fountain, located next door to the El Capitan Theatre, right across the street from the center, at 6834 Hollywood Blvd.)
