Free tickets to live tapings?

Free tickets to TV tapings and such, in Los Angeles area?

I already have tickets to Jay Leno on 3/31/08 but am interested in show like 2&1/2 men, Wheel of Fortune, Price is Right.... not sure where anything at all is filmed or how/when to get tickets. My goal is for free and easy tickets I can get on very short notice as I will be out there around 3/28-4/02. Thanks for any help you can offer!
