Do you get paid to listen to a timeshare pitch in las vegas?

  • I heard from a friend who stayed in Las Vegas that if you spend 2 hours of your time to listen to their sales pitch for a timeshare, they will pay you 100$ and you are not obligated to go through with anything at all..has anyone else heard of such a thing?

    They say 2 hours of your time and they will give you a hundred dollars worth of vouchers or tickets. Turns out the real value of those things are about $20. It then turns into 4 hours of hell as you get bombarded with the highest sales pitches you will ever encounter. They make you feel so guilty for not buying as if you wasted their time when in fact it is your time that they wasted. DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is more like a 4 hour high pressure sales pitch and the "pay" is usually something like complimentary show tickets for the standard shows that you can purchase at half price at the same day discount places. No one who is Vegas Savvy would ever be caught dead doing this. It is definitely for the rubes and suckers who may be dopey enough to buy a timeshare from them. You know, the same kind of neophytes that will take those little cards from the annoying people along the Strip at night promoting "escort services. *

No you dont get "paid" but most give you a free meal or show

Don't do it...pay for the show. Unless you are ready to buy a timeshare then do not waste your time. The high pressure will start the minute you say "no"
