Is the 4th of July Weekend a good weekend to have an estate sale?

Vegas-July 4th Weekend at the Rio-WSOP Happening?

• Ok, so I am going to the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas on July 4th weekend. Is the WSOP happening that weekend and if so is there a cost to get in? Is the Voo Doo Lounge still open and what kind of music do they play? I am a single guy traveling and will be looking for July 4th activities such as 21 and hold em tournaments for reasonable buy ins and of course great scenery by the Rio pool. Any suggestions? I am not seeing many answers on the Rio hotel or pool being the place to be. Is it still a good attraction for singles? Oh, can someone recommend a good card dealing school to attend? I am thinking about relocating next year and would like to visit a few places to get some info! I know a lot of questions, and any answers are appreciated!

  It will be a busy weekend and the WSOP will be in full swing. The Main Event starts on July 3rd and is expected to take until July 15th to get down to the final table. There is no charge to watch the tournaments (they are held in a huge ballroom, not in the regular poker room), and there are a lot of side tournaments and cash games going on so you can feel like you are part of the action. Voodoo Lounge is still open but doesn't really attract the crowd that it used to. July 4th weekend should manage to fill it up though. If you want scenery at the pool, Rio has the world's largest topless pool, (Sapphire) where they shamelessly pay professional strippers to lounge around in just their bikini bottoms all day. This does encourage some of the single girls to join in, but it also intimidates other single girls into leaving, so it's hit-or-miss, but at least you are guaranteed to get some eye candy. The catch is that men have to pay $50 to get in. The regular (free, non-topless) pool should be fairly busy on that weekend as well.
