Are there any reputable tattoo shops in Connecticut?

Las Vegas Tattoo Shops:)?

  • Hi i have been researching this topic for a few months , and have found out that you can be 16+ with parents consent to get a tattoo in nevada however i also know that some will still not tattoo on minors . Im turning 17 very soon and i already have a tattoo ,but it didn't turn out like i wanted because i went to a uncle and got it done at his house.I decided i wanted to actually think through what i wanted ,and my grandma just recently passed and i really want to get something for her. I also have a twin sister who struggles with bipolar disorder and i want something that all of the women in the family represents its a flower http://static.flickr.com/2144/2484699929_d7ce0d9760.jpg. NOW TO MAKE along story short, i was wondering if anyone can list a few tattoo shops that will tattoo on minors in Las vegas or henderson NV ? I do not need anyone to judge me and tell me that i should wait i have thought this through for over 4 months and im dead set on it, a little help is all i ask for :) thanks so much xoxox samantha

Hi, I don't know which tattoo shops will give you a tattoo. If the law is 16 with parents consent as you say, will you have a parent sign for you? If so, call some. In North Dakota it is 16 or older with parent's signature. I know the parent has to sign in at the shop with photo ID and if the names don't match they have to have legal documentation saying why. Both of my daughters are already planning their tattoos. We won't sign for them, but are supportive. Sounds like you've given this lots of thought and that's what most tattoo shops will look for in making their decision whether or not to do the work for you. Good luck

best bet is to have it taken off unless you expect not to get older than 21.

The shops operate with a license and that is a lucrative part of the business , no shop owner will risk losing that license to do a minor. so you are going to have to wait a few more years.

That's cool you want a Tattoo bro but you have to understand and i know your young and don't understand but there is not a shop in town your being only 17 is just going to walk on in, sit your butt down and say give me a tat! You do have to be 21 and show proof of that.. Maybe if you can bring in a relative or somebody and have them sign for you then it would be different..
