Yes, you can use your driving license from Spain as long as it shows your photo and date of birth. Las Vegas gets many, many international visitors and while passports are the best known type of ID they are not required to get into clubs, etc. You just need valid (not expired) government-issued photo ID. Note that dates in the USA are month-day-year, so if your license shows a birthday of 12/01/1990 the club may think you were born in December and not in January. That can be important if you recently turned 21, so be prepared to explain if that might be an issue.
