Has anyone been to the Red Rooster in Las Vegas? What was it like?

Anyone know the difference between living in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas?

  • Been in Vegas for a few years and I'm looking to buy a house. They seem newer and cheaper in North Vegas, what's the catch? Commuting is not an issue for me, but schools are. Thanks in advance for the help.

  • Answer:

Schools are schools but the price of housing has to do with the economy of the area. Actually Las Vegas is a very small city but the surrounding areas are called Las Vegas. North Las Vegas is areas south of Downtown. Good areas in NLV are Centential Hills. Good areas in Vegas are Picolle Ranch, Summerlin, The Lakes.

You say that you've been in Las Vegas for a few years, but you don't know anything about North Las Vegas? North Las Vegas is the Bronx to Las Vegas being Queens.

Oh well North Town has higher crime rates!!! Las Vegas... Well it's more cleaner depends on where you buy... You can search by Zip Code for a home and get reports on their Crime rates website... Try the search engine on google (can't remember it)

North Las vegas has higher crime
