The tour dates for 2011 United States concerts have not yet been posted. If you live somewhere other than the USA, i'm not sure but i do know Justin Bieber is on tour in England and Europe now. If your girlfriends bday is soon, im not sure if you can get tickets to a concert of his. You would need to buy the tickets ASAP(within the first hour they are released) so follow his official fan club for information on it, BieberFever.com Hope she enjoys the present!
