Where can I get a cheap flight and hotel package to las vegas?

  • My fiancee and I are going to las vegas in October 2008. We are going to be leaving October 10 and coming home October 12. We would like to get a flight from either JFK or BDL which ever is cheaper. We would like to stay at either MGM Grand, Planet Hollywood or Treasure Island. Which ever Package would be cheaper out of the three. I searched many sights and found priceline.com to be the cheapest. Are there any other sights out there that are cheaper than priceline.com. I hear about sights where you can get packages 50% cheaper if not more but I can not find them. Let me know what sites are the cheapest. Thank You in advance for all of your help.

    If you are leaving from JFK do not even consider any airline besides Jet Blue. Comfortable, more room, leather seats, you own TV etc. Nearly as good as first class on other airlines. I have found that if you book your airline on the airline website you get the best deal. For the hotel, watch for promo codes and use them to book directly on the Hotel website for the best deal. I would check out USairway for flight out there. There have vaction package like hotel and flight. Also Southwest vacation since there fly out of BDL. Early you book it cheaper the package.

Packages are not cheaper than booking seperately. Go to www.sidestep.com .... this site will check all the other sites for the best deals. Check package deals and then price air and hotel seperately then compare. Airlines do not discount air fares so the discount is given by the hotel. The only time you will save is if there are booking fees by the site .. such as Orbitz charges. Then you would have to pay double the booking fee if booked seperately. Make sure you check each site for booking fees. Sidestep does not charge but if you go to the actual site to book .. you will be charged in some cases. You have time ... do a little work and save some money. It is worth it. By the way ... any site that advertises 50% off is off the listed room price ... any other site will give you a similar discounted price.

Search here for cheap hotels http://www.jetsetgotravels.com It provides search option like near a landmark etc Also it provide searches from more than one source. But beware ... cheap hotels can be trouble some times so check reviews of the hotel your are going to book. Check the exact location of hotel from google maps.
