Going to Vegas in April(2012) for my 21ST BDAY!!!?
-
My birthday is in jan. but ive decided to go in april so it wont be as cold in vegas. I was wondering what hotel is the best to stay at. I want somewhere that is hip, modern, if it has a casino and clubs in it, it would be a plus and I know it has to be on the strip. Any advice?..oh and if anyone knows what the best clubs are in vegas with a hiphop vibe let me know.

Answer:
Planet Hollywood is a good party hotel, and it's on the strip in a good location. It has a fun club, and attracts a young crowd. The rates are usually pretty good, and there's no resort fee. Some of the biggest clubs on the strip are Pure at Caesars and Tao at Venetian. There are also great clubs at Palms (off strip). Those are also very nice hotels, in great locations, but they are a good bit more expensive than PH usually is.

I would suggest either Aria or Cosmopolitan, both new and geared for your age group

If money is an issue, you may want to stay at a cheaper strip hotel. Remember that you don't have to stay at a hotel to go to their clubs. Usually the only amenity you will miss out on by not staying there is their pool. PH is very nice, but it can be a bit pricy(every so often they have good deals). The Palms is nice, but is off of the strip. Caesars, TI, and MGM have nice clubs but are expensive. Luxor, Imperial Palace, tropicana, and Excalibur are right by the nicer places, but quite a bit cheaper. You will also see why those places are cheaper. Generally, Sunday to Thursday is cheaper than Friday through Sunday. The clubs are also not as busy. You can also stay very cheap Downtown, but you will spend a lot of time and money traveling between the Strip and Downtown. It may make for a nice evening trip, but not much of a place to stay if you are looking to see the nice clubs. Just remember that you do not have to stay at a hotel to visit their club. As for a budget, $1,000 should be more than enough if you do not plan to gamble or splurge on much more than clubbing. That includes the hotel room for two. Start saving $25 a week right now and you should have a nice trip.

Yes the best places are either the Palms or Hard Rock which are both off the strip or if you plan staying on the strip i would go with Planet Hollywood as it more of a young hip 21-30 crowd. MGM is nice also because of the lazy river pool and wet republic which is a outside pool party at MGM Grand. PH might be the best one, Caesars Palace, Mirage, Venetian and Wynn have the best clubs. Those hotels are EXPENSIVE THOUGH. I can help you for sure get free club entry due to a friend who is a promoter in vegas. As the time goes near, look me up and can help you save TONS of money with free entry instead of paying and waiting 1-2 hours in line to get into clubs like the out of town people do! The other two answers above me are good!

Isn't it a bit early to be planning for this?
