What are some good salons to get my hair cut in las vegas, Nevada?

i want salons not places like hair clips because usually the people who work there don't do a good job so i'm afraid that if i go there i might regret it

Euphoria is a salon/day spa chain here in vegas and they're all over the place, but they employ a lot of quality people. the one i always go to is on 8850 W.
