What's some really good hip hop clubs in Vegas?

  • I'm going to Vegas(for the first time) with 2 friends in the summer and I just want to know some good clubs for hip hop...also what other kinds of things are fun to do? Tell me what you did when you went to vegas to have a great time.

    There is no OPM at Caeasars Forum any more. It has now become Poetry which is mostly hip hop. Most places play a mixture but Poetry is one of the few places that is mostly hip hop.

There are lots of R&B and Hip Hop clubs in Las Vegas. Rain at the Palms Tryst at Wynn Poetry at Caesars Palace Body English at Hard Rock. Jet at Mirage Drais at Bills Gambling Hall All these clubs play a mixture of Hip Hop and House music every Friday and Saturday night. Some clubs like Foundation Room on Monday Nights at Mandalay Bay and Voodoo Lounge at the Rio have specific rooms which play only Hip Hop and Old school. http://www.lasvegas-how-to.com/things-to-do.html As far as fun things to do, you should look at some of the attraction along the strip or plan a tour to the grand canyon or red rock canyon.

I can only recommend these four. But I am a local & very picky about the hip hop clubs here. Tryst @ The Wynn (Good music, mixed crowd) Poetry @ Caesars (All time fav although not as mixed) Fourty Deuce @ Mandalay Bay (is ok depending on if there is an event) Moon @ The Palms (Usually cool, more so mixed music tho) My friends and I like to go to the smaller off strip bars & drink there 1st before we were to go out. Cheaper & we find nice bartenders. You can ride some of the rides out here. The New York, NY, The Sahara, The Stratosphere & The Circus Circus has a whole indoor theme park (Adventure Dome) which would be fun for the daytime since it closes at 12a I believe... Oh and the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay is really cool. Also The Comedy Stop is a good comedy show @ The Tropicana.
