Asking what the best nightclub in Vegas is, is like asking where the best place to get Japanese food in Tokyo is. Vegas is not like other cities where there is one or two major clubs and then a handful of halfway clubs. On the Strip alone there are more $30 million dollar nightclubs within walking distance of each other than there are in most other entire states. It's hard to make a bad choice, the "best" club on any given night for any given person just depends on what's going on at each one and who shows up where. Pick up Las Vegas Weekly when you get into town and browse the ads to see which promotions look most interesting to you.

PURE (inside Cesars Palace) is my fave and Dj AM plays there most Fridays, his music is good. There is also a patio upstairs and I believe they play different music. Tryst is also nice, it's smaller but still a good time, it's over at the Wynn.
