What's the difference between a hotel and an inn?

Whats the difference in rooms at Paris hotel Vegas?

• I'm going to Vegas for 8 days in December and am planning on staying at the Paris. But I cant figure out the differences between the red rooms and the regular rooms. What is the difference between the Luxury and red room luxury? And the difference between the Premier and the red room Premier? are the red rooms worth the extra $30 a night? They look a lot prettier, but is that the only difference?

  Yeah I think that is the only reason they are more expensive there more fancy and I think they have better things and are cozier.
