    I live here. if you are saying best for a return. go off the strip go to local bars, PTs, Stadium Club. Schuk's Oyster house. You will win lots more. My friends after work gamble. They usually do $20 and win back $80 some nights. Much better return. No free drinks, however. But that is your way to win in Las Vegas.
