Which Vegas club is great for a 21st birthday over spring break?

We're staying at the MGM Grand for my 21st birthday, which is over spring break (April 6th-8th). I was wondering what a great night club is for a 21st birthday, around the MGM Grand? Info : I love dancing, and like the feel of crowded, but not packed night clubs. A specific night club would be great, rather than "they are all great". Along with why they are so great would be appreciated much. Also, should we purchase front of the line passes? or just stand in line? I've been to Vegas several times, so I am quite familiar with hotels, so don't make it short. Thanks! I appreciate it
