Does anyone know of any Cheap but effective ways of Advertising my website?

I was in kansas city,MO and i saw a commercial on tv for a legitimate survey website, anyone know the website?

i was trying to memorize it, but realized later that i forgot it! lol.. does anyone know the commercial on tv that im talking about? please help i would really like to get the website that they were advertising , it seems to be true that they pay you to take surveys. help ! thank you

Well, I don't know the commercial you're talking about, but I can speak from experience about ZoomPanel surveys. You take surveys, and they reward points which you can them redeem for stuff. They have quality awards, and I've never been disappointed. I know that's not exactly what you're asking for, but you might check it out anyway.
