Should I do winter track?

Where can I sign up for winter track in Kansas City?

  • I live in Overland Park and am 16. I want to do winter track (indoor) to get me ready for spring track this year. Where are some of the venues for track and how do I sign up. I have never done this before so I am more inters ted in the working out than the competing in meets. I would go anywhere in the city to do this. Thanks

    There is an indor track at JCCC (Community College) there in Overland Park...KC has a couple, but not really permenant (as in Kemper as a temp track)...a lot of bigger gyms have a indoor track...just a matter of looking up gyms in your area for info, sign up, and fees. As far as the track at JCCC...just call the Athletics department at the College and ask if there is a sign up process etc. for uysing their track.
