Holy smokes are you grammatically-challenged! What exactly is the question? Yes, you were still born (not stillborn...wait, that would explain...nevermind...) even though you don't have a certificate.

you need to get in contact with the County and State you are born in . Call the office clerk and they will get the propper info you need to get the Birthcertificate

he is asking it in the kansas city section... because he was born in kansas. but his house was ruined in katrina and he lost his birt certificate. the question may not be perfect grammar but come on, you can still read it. my suggestion is call the court house or the clerks office of the county you were born in. they will be able to get the info from you that they need and help you get a new one. its hard to get a new one but i wish you the best of luck! and sorry to hear that your house was destroyed in katrina.

You need to contact county records in the county and state where you were born (Arkansas or Kansas?). You will have to provide some proof to them that you are who you say you are. If you were born before the "computer era" you might have to go to your state.

If you were born in Arkansas City, Kansas, then you need to contact the Kansas Office of Vital Statistics at (785) 296-1400 or go to http://www.kdheks.gov/vital/birth.html There is a $12.00 charge for obtaining a certified copy of your birth certificate.

Your birth certificate was not destroyed. A "copy" of your birth certificate was destroyed. If you were born in Kansas, you can get a "certified copy" of your birth certificate from the state capitol in Topeka.
