What is the best city to relocate to in Florida?

I want to relocate from Indianapolis, Indiana. to Jacksonville Florida any advice on the city,schools&housing?

  It seems that the overwhelming opinion around here is that Jacksonville sucks. I think a place is what you make it for the most part. I've lived here for a little over 3 years. I relocated from a small town in Southeast Florida. Would Jacksonville be my first choice? No, but I think it's a pretty nice town. We have a great mayor and most people are pretty nice. Be careful of certain neighborhoods though. Things can get rough around here, it is afterall a big city. I would personally stay away from the Westside. The Northside is pretty spartan. The Beaches are a lot more expensive. You're best bet is on the Southside or nicer Arlington area.
