Is Indianapolis, Indiana a good place to live for a young, single person?

    Your best bet is to go to www.rent.com and look for places that will fit what you need. If it is an apartment complex you find, then you can go to www.apartmentratings.com and check out what tenants say about the place, not what the complex wants you to know. You can not trust what an apartment complex website tells you nor can you trust the pictures of the complex. Our apartment complex has new owners, so I checked out the complex website. Several of the photos have been photo shopped, and it's horrible that they do this.

= It depends on where you live, what you want to do. There are nice people and there are cranky people. I believe the cost of living is not as high as Florida, so that is probably why some things are cheaper. I have lived in Indiana all my life. The winters are cold. The weather could be different one day than the next, cold verses hot. It is flat, mostly. There are advantages and some challenges too.
