Indiana Unemployment Appeals Question?

• I quit my job due to a harassment issue. Due to this, I applied for unemployment 3 1/2 weeks ago. Four days ago I received a phone call from the Unemployment dept for more information in regards to my claim (up to this point, I hadn't received a dime yet.) She advised that she was needing more information to determine if I was eligible for benefits. I explained what happened in detail to her. She said that she was going to approve the benefits and I should receive my benefits card within 1-2 weeks. She also said that they have heard 'nothing' from my previous employer. Question: I know that my employer can appeal this decision. How long do they have to do this? Also, I am nervous due to there was not any witnesses to the harassment that was committed against me (no paper work either.) Two weeks ago, my employer sent me Cobra paperwork and stated that this letter confirmed my 'voluntary termination.' **I feel they forced me to quit - this was not voluntary. If all I have is the truth of my words, will this be enough if they challenge this first ruling? I have since received two weeks of benefits and am scared to touch it due to the horror stories that I have been reading about employers always appealing and winning however, the mortgage payment is due shortly..... Please advise. (This company is massive and I'm feeling a little like David vs. Goliath)

If all else fails and you can't find the answer to your question on that website I would suggest call the unemployment office back and ask them.
