Please Please Help me what do i need to stay in texas?

  • Ok here's the thing me and my girl freind have been together for 5-6 months but she lives in texas and i live in england in the UK i wanted to see her this christmas so i bought a ticket and i was of to gatwick only to be stop by security because im only 16 and i was traveling alone to the usa he questioned me about stuff and cos i only had $245.00 to spend on food and water and i was planing on camping for 7 weeks they said they cant let me go and sent me home i talked to the airline company and said i can move the date around for a small fee but i dont wanna have a repeat of whats happening so how much money do i need to spend on a vacation in texas for 2 weeks will i need someone i know to take care of me there or can i jus go to a hotel cos her parents dont want me there and im gonna have to be a seceret wrong i know but its her birthday soon and she is haveing a rougth time right now and i feel so helpless so please help iv missed spending christmas with her dont take her bday

    The age to rent a hotel room alone is 18 minimum in Texas or at least anywhere half way decent. You need to have an address to give customs where you will be staying in Texas. Go to craigslist.com and look for rooms or place an add that you want to rent a room. That may help you with a place to stay. You can find out how much money you should say you have so that customs in U.S feels confident you can support yourself while here. You can also tell them you have access to your bank account via debit card/ATM. Traveling under age issue you may need a letter from an adult in Texas saying they will be responsible for you during your stay. :)You can do it!

Sorry KID , u need a reality check and to get a serious talk with ur folks. u are underage. u don't have enough money for a week . do u even have legal papers to enter US? if not u'll be deported and will not be able to enter for a long time. OH u will not like deportation holding cells. don't worry these feelings will pass and in the big picture won't matter.

Telling anyone you are a student won't work because you have to have an F visa. That will get you kicked back by the US side. Craiglist won't do you any good because no one in their right mind is going to rent to a 16 year old. Why are her parents set against you coming for a visit? Do your parents even know that you are trying to go? You are not telling the whole story.
