Ok well I love my tattoo its a buttefly behind my ear and I really want to join the navy, the recruiter says I have to get it removed in order for me to join, so I'm willing to get it removed. I just wana know wats a good place to get it removed, or if theyres some type of goverment funding because I wanna join the navy... that's will pay for half or all of it? Thanks

You're going to have a horrible scar and it will hurt more than getting the tattoo in the first place. It's always going to be expensive. There is no government funding; it was OPTIONAL to get it to begin with. Unless you have the money, you're SOL.
