At the indoor flea market, there is a booth set up in the back of the market, right near the bar area. It costs sixty dollars, you fill out a slip giving them your personal information; DOB, address, name, etc.,. They don't ask any questions, they don't want you to tell anything either. The have a camera set up videotaping everything for their protection. The whole process only takes like ten minutes and I was satisfied with the results.
