How long does it take fed ex to deliver from houston to beaumont texas?

I ordered a package and it said it left Houston at 5:33 a.m. and I live in Beaumont and its 7:41 p.m. and the package still isn't here how long is it going to take? (p.s. I'm using FedEx SmartPost)

tj has it partially correct... but they don't OVERNIGHT it; they use FEDEX GROUND click on the link that i posted below, then click on "network and process" tab you should have a tracking number and just use the site to track your package that way if you're paranoid about it

Smartpost is a hybrid of FedEX and the US mail. FedEx overnights the packages to the local US post office and then the package gets deliverd by your regular mail man. It will probably arrive at the Beaumont post office sometime tommorow and then be delivered on Monday by the US mail man.
