Is it possible to transfer to a prestigious university?

Is it possible to transfer from UHD (university of houston downtown) to UT (university of texas main campus)?

• i am planning to go to university of houston downtown and after a year i will transfer to university of texas so do you guys think it is possible to transfer in one year from UHD to UT or do you think it will be hard to do so or do you guys think i should this go to uhd-1st year 2nd year UH main campus 3rd year UT i m doing this so that i get job offers automatically when i graduate and i dont have to look for any job

  YES!!!!! if you have a 3.0 or higher you could go there now. if you have that then you are set and UHD even though its a community college..i believe that they really get you prepared. but i would attend udh for two years then maybe leaving? thats more common.. and job offers? yea well ehh okay! but you must know that by going to UT you still are going to compete against other students coming from UOFH, Rice, TSU, Texas a&m...so yea...
