What is a good and cheap cell phone service in houston texas?

i have straight talk and i love it, its got great coverage and is cheap. but lately they have been aggravating the heck outta me. so now im looking for a new one. one like straight talk with good cheap cell phones, i want an android. and im not looking to spend 500 dollars to get a new service. and again i live in houston texas so it has to work here

Consumer Cellular. Has a website. Just $10. a month for basic and have a plan for $30. total that gives 500minutes. Great customer service.

I've never had a wireless phone service that DIDN'T "aggravate the heck outta me." That seems so be one of the industry standards. Unfortunately I can't tell you there is anyone better.
