Going to Kauai, Hawaii. Any tips on hiking trails?

There are lots of great hikes on Kauai. Many of them are strenuous hikes for folks who are experienced hikers & are physically up for the challenge, but some are more like strolls. At the end of Kee kee beach(sp) is the beginning of the Napalli coast. The only way to see this area is by boat, helicopter, and hiking. I did only about a mile or two of it and the views are spetalular. I have been told that it is a very rugged hike, but if you can do it, it is well worth it. The first part of the hike is not hard. I'm sorry about the spelling, but this place is way past the Princeville resort and locals know where it is.
