How much does it cost to live one year in Barcelona?

I;m moving to Oahu for at least one year... Where should I live?

  • Basically, I'm young, single, unattached chica in my early twenties.. Pretty much I just wanna be shreddn the gnar every day. I graduated from nursing school a year ago and am looking for something possibly part time. I need people to live with and want to know a good place to live that isn't right down town cuz i'm not a huge city girl but somewhere that is just a short drive from night life. I'd rather live right on the beach tho and surf, is pretty much what i'm getn at. Anyone with any suggestions. how much does it typically cost to live month to month. roughly? Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!! Mahalo!

Sounds like you want to live in Makiki. =] It's a short distance to everything -the mall, the beach, Waikiki, Downtown- and the buses are everywhere (or you could walk). It's an area with a lot of apartment buildings so a lot of people live there. The rent varies depending on if you have a roommate, a studio, what type of building... you should gooogle that. Or maybe craigslist? Hope this helps =DDD Try looking into Pauoa Valley and Manoa as well. But, Manoa is more mountain side and is therefore a greater distance to the ocean. Pauoa Valley only has little bit buses, too. Oh, perhaps Kahala? Now I'm think I'm going a little bit overboard.

Mmm, well I think living in the middle of the island is the best place to be. So your not to far from the night life and not to far from the country, i live in central o'ahu.. Quite nice, low key not very much crime going on there.
