Cass Tech Football Field, too short?

A couple of years ago, it was reported that the new football field was only 93 yards long and that the contractor built the fences too close to the field. Moreover, the field was built on unstable ground which resulted in numerous sink holes. Was the field really too short? Did they move the fences? Did they fix the playing surface?

Yes it was too short, no they havent moved the fences or fixed the playing surface. Moreover they built the field too close to the street-it was improper planning and no one was held accountable. it sucks that the first new high school built in eons was messed up all the way around-inside & out, up & down.

You are exactly right. My buddy and I snuck onto the field at night. We did some basic routes and the field is SHORT. If your going full speed from the 10 yard line in, be prepared to get crushed by the chainlink fence at the back of the end zone.
And I am unanimous in that!
I'm not sure about the fences or the length of the field but all I have to say is GO TECHNICIANS!
