HELP COMMUNITY COLLEGES IN DENVER COLORADO?

  • Hi well im a junior in highschool and well I'm starting to browse for some colleges that i might consider going to. I think i want to check into community college because i dont exactly know what i want to do yet but i do know what im interested in. My question is can you tell me a little bit about how community colleges work (actually a lot) because i went to the Auroria campus and it gave info about the college but not the kind of info that i wanted. The info i want to know is how do community colleges work? what classes do they offer? and just how are community colleges????

  • Answer:

4 year colleges have much higher standards and much better studies. Even if you don't know what major you want, try to go to a 4-year college. Your advisor and professors will help you. Many freshmen are clueless, anyway.

How about U of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Nice small 4 year school and it's a great town and close to Denver. Cost for instate tuition is fair. Out of State is horrible.
