Are Condos Or Apartments Cheaper To Rent?

What Are Some Nice Apartments/Lofts/Condos Fort Rent in the Cherry Creek Area?

  • My mom doesn't want me living where I'm going to be living so we're breaking the lease and she wants to find me a nice place to live. I go to school at the Art Institute and my Budget is 1'000 a month. So many places have bad reviews! I'm looking for a good place and also what sites are good to check out? I am already using craigslist and rent.com. Thanks! Your testimonies to good places you've lived in are really appriciated.

  • Answer:

In Cherry Creek you should have no problem getting a an apartment for $1000/mo, unless you mean Cherry Creek NORTH, which I suspect you may (near the mall and the shops/restaurants). That area of town will run you more along the lines of $1300/mo for a 1 - 2 bedroom. My suggestion is to stay in the basic area/square located between Logan St. to the East, Colorado Blvd to the West, Colfax to the North and Tennessee to the South. (you can find that area on Google Maps). If you are local, I suggest driving by the areas you like, that your mom supports. Many rentals around here do not list on Craigslist - they still just put a sign out front.
