Public transportation in dallas/fortworth?

There is only one form of transportation in Dallas - the CAR. Yes, you have to drive EVERYWHERE. Public transportation is nonexistant. You should stay where you are. I'd love to move to Massachusetts anyday. Dallas is gay.

We do have a transit system. It's called DART. You can look it up at Dart.org to find out more about it. I have a feeling though that it isn't as extensive as the transit systems you are used to. The buses aren't very convenient, and the train is limited to certain areas. So look it up...it really depends on what area you're going to be in to know if you could rely solely on the Dart system.

I don't know about Dallas being gay --- maybe Altron00 knows more about that than the rest of us. He's right about cars in DFW though -- people love their cars. Many, many kids get one as soon as they turn 16, and we never seem to get out of them. However, Ft Worth has the T, which is bus transportation, and Dallas has DART, which is both bus and train. The train goes into suburbs of Dallas, but does not go into Ft. Worth. I might be able to help you more if I knew which town you'd be living in and which school you're considering. I'm not sure I've been of much help. Sorry.
