Where in Cleveland is the best place to get good school supplies for a good price?

Staples does have some good prices, but also check out Office Max, Target & Walmart. They have some great school supplies for under a dollar each.

Marc's in my experience often is the cheapest place to buy notebooks. They often have big sales for the back-to-school season, and in the past have offered Mead paper products and notebooks. Big Lots is another place that might have much lower prices. OfficeMax and Staples house brands can be cheaper, but I've found in my experience that their pens aren't very good. E.g., buying Papermate pens in 100 quantity boxes probably is relatively cheap if adjusted for quality. Membership wholesale clubs such as Costco and Sam's probably offer the cheapest prices if you're a member or know someone who is a member, but only large quantities are available.
