Answer:
Try church camps. The methodist church has several camps in northern Ohio. I went to Asbury back in the '80s. Church camps tend to be a bit cheaper then other camps. You could also try Girl scout camps. Church camps and girl scout camps generally offer discounts if the camper is a member of the organization. Sometimes there are even money off vouchers frome the organizations. I know that my church offered some money to each child that went to summer camp. The camp sessions are generally 1-2 weeks, but you can sign up for multiple sessions. Check it out. Just FYI.. if anybody else is looking for info.. Camp Christopher is actually on North Hametown Road in Bath, Ohio... Not really anywhere near Parma.. You didn't mention how old your little sister was.. but maybe you can find daycare camps that she'd enjoy.. Check craigslist..or the Cleveland Plain Dealer childcare section.. There were a lot of stay home moms that were offering "Daycare summer camps" that weren't really expensive with trips to the zoo and the park..etc.

Try the Cleveland State Rec center. They have summer camp for kids I think up to the age of 12.
