WHo do I contact? Ex-H lives in IL I'm in WI he is MAJOR in contempt of court for failure to pay child support?

(filed in WI) who do I contact to have him actually arrested? Child Support Agency in WI not very helpful as they only send letters stating he is in contempt of court..and he needs to pay blah blah blah....duh he knows that, but also that they really don't do anything to enforce. I've tried calling the police dept in his town but they told me to contact WI...back & forth....Anyone REALLY know who do I contact to have him picked up for failure to pay child support?

Talk to an attorney, if you do not have money, then try legal aid. There are attorneys that specialize in your type of cases. Looking the Yellow Pages. Better then the go around you have now.

I would call an atty who specializes in this kind of matter. calling the child support enforcement does not always work because they seem to just give people the run-around. I know in my state that the DMV revokes your driving privileges if you do not pay your support. Because you live in a different state it will be harder for to do anything but talk to an atty to find out what you can do. Good luck.
