Is USPS Closed completely on Thanksgiving?

Is Gurnee Mills Mall Under construction? would it be closed for the next thanksgiving 2010?

Hi, Im visiting Chicago for the next thanksgiving season (Nov 22nd through Nov 29th) and i'd really like to visit Gurnee Mills Mall (The Mills), but i've seen some wikipedia information saying that the mall will be on construction /renovation, is that true? Wich stores would be closed on those dates? im speacially interested in Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, Disney, and H&M. Does any of these stores could be closed for that season? Thank you very much
